Rewards Rules
- In addition to the terms & conditions of the PetroBonus Programme the following shall also apply.
- Members are advised to check that the RO attendant enters the correct item code and correct quantity. Members are also advised to check Petromiles displayed on the screen before authorising the redemption.
- A member must allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing his/her request for rewards voucher. In case of delay beyond this time period due to the reasons beyond the control of BPCL, BPCL will not be held responsible.
- In case of voucher redemptions, member needs to ensure that he accepts/receives the voucher in the envelope in which the seal is not torn/tampered with. Any complaints in this regard post acknowledgment will not be entertained by BPCL.
- Image /colours shown in the show case are only indicative.
- Non-receipt of any voucher must be intimated to BPCL within 2 months of the date of redemption, any complaints made beyond which, will not entertained by BPCL.
- All Vouchers are subject to availability and supplier restrictions. BPCL reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at its own discretion without prior notice.
- Delivery of Vouchers will be made at the address as available in our database on the date of redemption, subject to the address being in India.
- It is the member's responsibility to check that his address is updated prior to redemption of the Petromiles, by calling on our Helpline Numbers: 1800-22-2725 (Toll Free) or 022 4042 2725 or by writing to PetroBonus, P.O. Box No. 16579, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018 or by e-mailing us at petrobonus@bharatpetroleum.in.
- BPCL takes responsibility for courier the vouchers on time. However, BPCL cannot guarantee delivery handled by third party vendors and courier companies, since they are not under direct control of BPCL.
- Members must take open delivery of rewards from the courier and must not accept damaged or the mutilated consignments Any complaints post acknowledgment will not be entertained by BPCL.
- All vendor terms and conditions including Standard validity would apply on the respective rewards. In case of any clarification the vendor is to be contacted directly.
- Member will receive his voucher directly.
- All taxes and incidental expenditures as and where applicable will have to be borne by the member.
- Members are required to furnish the Redemption Slip in case of any dispute/ complaint.
- Information supplied on the redemption of certain Voucher rewards may be used by BPCL or the establishment that provides the rewards for administrative or marketing purpose.
- BPCL's failure to enforce a particular Term & Condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by BPCL.
- In addition to above the vouchers are bound by the Terms and Conditions of the respective partners supplying vouchers.

In&Out Convenience Store Voucher
- In&Out voucher will be available for redemption only in select cities.
- The members can redeem their Petromiles for their purchases at In&Out stores in denominations of Rs. 50/-.
- Members will be eligible to redeem only up to 30,000 Petromiles per calendar month for purchases at In&Out stores.
- The In&Out voucher will be valid as per the validity period printed on the voucher.

Bharatgas Shoppe Voucher
- If a PetroBonus member opts for a voucher he/she will receive an authorization letter/voucher with the contact details of the participating member establishment and the member needs to carry the same and his/her proof of identity or Petro Card as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the voucher/authorisation letter.
- If member receives a voucher, he/she will have to redeem the same at the participating outlets of the Vouchers. For the details of the outlets of the voucher kindly click here.
- For Value Vouchers any additional cost over and above the face value of the voucher is to be borne by the members directly.
- A reward voucher is valid for rewards only as mentioned on the voucher and as per the terms and conditions mentioned.
- Vouchers are available for redemption only in select cities.
- BPCL will not be responsible for vouchers lost by members and duplicate vouchers will not be issued. Credit will not be given for unclaimed and unutilized vouchers.
- Members will be eligible to redeem only up to a maximum of 100,000 Petromiles per calendar month for Bharatgas Shoppe Voucher..
- The Bharatgas Shoppe Voucher will be valid as per the validity period printed on the voucher.

Ticket Compliments® Universal Gift Voucher
- If a PetroBonus Member opts for a voucher he/she will receive an authorization letter/voucher with the contact details of the participating Member establishment and the Member needs to carry the same and his/her proof of identity or Petro Card as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the voucher/authorisation letter.
- If member receives a voucher, he/she will have to redeem the same at the participating outlets of the Vouchers. For the details of the outlets click here.
- To get the list of affiliated outlets in your area on your mobile phone, just send an SMS: Ticket<space> TCU <space> your pin code to 56161
- For Value Vouchers any additional cost over and above the face value of the voucher is to be borne by the Members directly.
- A reward voucher is valid for rewards only as per the terms and conditions mentioned.
- Vouchers are available for redemption only in select cities.
- BPCL will not be responsible for vouchers lost by Members and duplicate vouchers will not be issued. Credit will not be given for unclaimed and unutilized vouchers.
- Members will be eligible to redeem only for Rs. 500 and Rs. 5000 for Ticket Compliments® Universal Gift Voucher.
- Ticket Compliments® - Universal Gift Voucher can be redeemed across 10000+ affiliated establishments.
- Vouchers are also redeemable online at www.ticket2gifts.com
- Ticket Compliments Gift® Vouchers are valid for 1 year. Validity date is printed on every voucher. Only valid vouchers will be honored by the affiliates.
- If the purchase amount is superior to the value(s) of your Ticket Compliments® - Universal Gift Voucher(s), you may complement that purchase in any form of payment accepted by those affiliated establishment(s).
- The voucher holder(s) under no circumstances will be paid cash in exchange for whole or part of Ticket Compliments® - Universal Gift Voucher.
- ASPL/BPCL is not responsible with regards to the quality of goods and services purchased by the user.
- If Ticket Compliments® - Universal Gift Voucher is lost/stolen, ASPL/BPCL will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
- Ticket Compliments® - Universal Gift Voucher remains the property of ASPL.

- This Gift Voucher is non-transferable. Valid only for articles, services or products in the outlets affiliated to Sodexo. No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this voucher.

- Only valid vouchers will be honored by the affiliates. The vouchers are generally valid for a calendar year. Validity date is printed on every voucher please refer the same before using.
- Sodexo Gold Gift Voucher will be accepted only against purchases at MRP and cannot be clubbed with any other discount offers.

- The cellular operator wise correct reward code is to be used available on the programme website.
- Recharges are available in denominations of ` 100/- only.
- The actual talk time against redemption worth ` 100/- is subject to the scheme available to BPCL.
- Redemption is available only against the pre paid connection.
- The pre paid connection no. to be recharged should be put in the field " Contact no." while redeeming the Petromiles.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to select the correct reward code based on cellular operator and the pre paid connection to be recharged from or in the desired field.
- The desired prepaid connection will be recharged with in 48 hrs of the redemption.
- The Petromiles will be returned to the customers in case of unsuccessful recharge, with in 7 days of the redemption.
- All the queries raised with in 96 hrs of the recharge will be addressed with in 48 hrs from the time it is brought to the notice.
- Any further query after a successful recharge is to be dealt with the respective operator.
- In any case money can not be refunded.
