• Definitions come from the general terms and conditions of the program.

1. In addition to the terms & conditions of the PetroBonus Programme the following shall also apply.
2. The Reward Redemption Form (RRF) is to be filled for each reward redeemed. A single RRF for multiple rewards will not be accepted. The duly filled RRF is to be handed over to pump attendant and acknowledgement has to be taken for the same.
3. Members are advised to check that the pump attendant enters the correct item code and correct quantity. Members are also advised to check Petromiles displayed on the screen before authorising the redemption.
4. The Rewards Showcase will be valid till 22^nd March, 2010.
5. Quick Rewards are available at select PetroBonus outlets only. Members are advised to ensure that the desired reward is available at the Redemption Center before redeeming and to collect their reward from the Redemption Center itself. No complaints will be entertained for not following the procedure. BPCL will not be responsible if the Member redeems for Quick Rewards at any other center other than authorized.
6. The detailed list of the Quick Rewards Redemption Centers is available on the website www.petrobonus.com.
7. Images/colours and product models shown in this showcase are only indicative and may not be actual.
8. A Member must allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing his/her request for Cherished Rewards. In case of delay beyond this time period due to the reasons beyond the control of BPCL, BPCL will not be held responsible.
9. Non-receipt of rewards must be intimated to BPCL within 3 months of the date of redemption, any complaints made beyond which, will not entertained by BPCL.
10. All rewards are subject to availability and supplier restrictions. BPCL reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any reward at its own discretion without prior notice.
11. In the case of the exact model/brand of merchandise mentioned in the Rewards Showcase not being available at the time of redemption, BPCL may provide an alternate equivalent model of the product or refund the Petromiles redeemed by the Member.
12. Delivery of rewards will be made at the address as available in our database on the date of redemption, subject to the address being in India.
13. BPCL takes responsibility for shipping products on time. However, BPCL cannot guarantee delivery handled by third party vendors and courier companies, since they are not under direct control of BPCL.
14. It is the Member's responsibility to check that his address is updated by calling on our Helpline Numbers: 1800-22-2725 (Toll Free) or 022 4042 2725 or by writing to PetroBonus, P.O. Box No. 16579, Worli, Mumbai 400 018 or by e-mailing us at petrobonus@bharatpetroleum.in.
15. Members must take open delivery of rewards from the courier or outlet and must not accept damaged products. Any complaints post acknowledgment will not be entertained by BPCL.
16. All vendor terms and conditions including Standard Warranty would apply on the respective rewards. In case of any clarification the vendor is to be contacted directly. The warranty card will be part of the reward that is delivered to the Member. Member to follow procedure as detailed in the warranty card.
17. Member may receive his reward directly or as a voucher.
18. All taxes and incidental expenditures as and where applicable will have to be borne by the PetroBonus Member.
19. Members are required to furnish the Redemption Slip in case of any dispute/ complaint.
20. Information supplied on the redemption of certain rewards may be used by BPCL or the establishment that provides the rewards for administrative or marketing purpose.
21. BPCL's failure to enforce a particular Term & Condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by BPCL.

1. If a PetroBonus Member opts for a voucher he/she will receive an authorization letter/voucher with the contact details of the participating Member establishment and the Member needs to carry the same and his/her proof of identity or Petro Card as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the voucher/authorisation letter.
2. If member receives a voucher, he/she will have to redeem the same at the brand's branch office/outlet. The following vouchers will be received as Product Vouchers: Onida, Whirlpool, LG. The following vouchers will be received as Value Vouchers: Adidas, Wills Lifestyle, Megamart, Raymonds, The MobileStore, Bharatgas Shoppe Voucher and GiftMate Shopping Voucher. 3. In case of voucher redemptions, Member needs to ensure that he accepts/receives the voucher in the envelope in which the seal is not torn/tampered with. Any complaints in this regard post acknowledgment will not be entertained by BPCL.
4. For Value Vouchers any additional cost over and above the face value of the voucher is to be borne by the Members directly.
5. A reward voucher is valid for rewards only as mentioned on the voucher and as per the terms and conditions mentioned.
6. Vouchers are available for redemption only in select cities.
7. BPCL will not be responsible for vouchers lost by Members and duplicate vouchers will not be issued. Credit will not be given for unclaimed and unutilized vouchers.
8. Vouchers mentioned in the Rewards Showcase are of two types Product Vouchers and Value Vouchers. Product Vouchers include Whirlpool and LG. Value Vouchers include Adidas, Wills Lifestyle, Megamart, The MobileStore Voucher.
9. In the case of branch office pick-up for product vouchers Member needs to call up the branch office at the numbers mentioned in the voucher and co-ordinate a time in which he will have to personally visit the branch office.
10. Wills Lifestyle Vouchers can be redeemed only in the following cities: Agra, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Ernakulum, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, Vishakhapatnam.
11. The Megamart Outlets are at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkatta, Delhi, Coimbatore, Vizag, Aurangabad, Baroda, Belgaum, Bhimavaram, Bhopal, Calicut, Cochin, Edapally, Eluru, Erode, Guntur, H.Konda, Hospet, Hosur, Hubli, Jaipur,Jalandhar, Karim Nagar, Madurai, Mangalore, Mysore, Nagarcoil, Nagpur, Nasik, Nellore, Ongole, Pollachi, Pondychery, Rajamundry, Salem, Tanjavur, Tirupati, Trichy,Vellore, Vijayawada
12. Adidas Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any promotional offer. They are valid for a one-time purchase only. These vouchers are not valid on any Tailor Made and Adidas core products including sunglasses, watches and personal products. 13. The MobileStore Vouchers: A Gift Voucher(GV) can be redeemed against purchase of any product sold from “The MobileStore” located anywhere in India. However, a GV cannot be redeemed against repair service rendered by “The MobileStore”. GV can not be redeemed for e-purchases on The MobileStore website. 16. Raymond Vouchers can be redeemed only at 'The Raymond Shops' across India. 17. The Members can redeem their Petromiles for In&Out Vouchers in denominations of Rs. 50 at the In&Out Convenience Store itself and purchase items from the same In&Out store.
18. Members will be eligible to redeem only up to a maximum of 30,000 Petromiles per calendar month for In&Out Vouchers.
